This was definitely the best investment. Super handy, secure, and easy to use. I practically used it for all the wood work that went into the van. I even made the
kitchen counter front with it.
#2 Makita drill
Not just the standard Makita but a really powerful one. Especially for all the screws that go through the wood and into the steel it was definitely a

#3 Worx jig saw
I used this one for cutting out the windows into the van and some smaller wood work. It is without an electrical cord, so I could reach every angle without
strangling myself in the wire.
To cut out little edges I used this tool it is very handy. It has loads of different headpieces you can add. It was especially handy in difficult spots that I
couldn't reach with my hands or any other tool. But also when cutting out holes for the spot lights and trimming the edges with the sandpaper tool
#5 A "million" Pencils :-)
Last but not least and maybe it should even have been on top of this list...

make sure you have a couple of good pencils. :-)
