Oke here it goes Aquafaba. What the .... is that, was my first reaction when I read about it. Then my second reaction was but that must taste horrible. But I still
really wanted to try it out. And as you can see in my rice pie recipe it can turn out awesome. If you eat the froth like
this it taste a little of chickpeas but once combined with the rest of the ingredients you don't even notice it. So i think the people who discovered this as an egg white replacer did an awesome
job! So kudos to them.
You can use it in tonnes of different recipes but here I am showing you how to make the frothy clouds that you normally get when pulsing egg whites.
